I am a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience, 11 of which I have spent in management roles, including positions such as Board member, Partner, and Commercial Director, where I have led strategy and transformation efforts.

I have successfully managed diverse teams locally and internationally and provided expert advice across all real estate sectors, including leasing, sales, and strategy. Throughout my career, I have built and closed landmark deals, achieving outstanding results and earning a strong reputation among investment funds, developers, banks, and local and international investors.

As a RICS European World Regional Board member and RICS Ambassador, I represent the voice of strategy, built environment, sustainability, digital, and AI in the CEE Region, covering Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania.
